V. Warranties and Disclaimers:

WE PROVIDE OUR SERVICES “AS IS” AND MAY MAKE WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES (SPECIFICALLY DISCUSSED ON CONTRACTS) ONLY IN CLEAR CASES WHERE THE PROBLEM IS DIRECTLY ATTRIBUTED TO OUR SERVICES, SUCH AS MISUSE OF BRAND VOICE OR DELIVERY OF LOW-QUALITY CONTENT OR SERVICES. HOWEVER, WE MAKE NO GUARANTEES REGARDING SALES. OUR JOB IS TO CONNECT YOU WITH THE RIGHT AUDIENCE AND TAILOR YOUR FACEBOOK ADS TO THEM. HOWEVER, 75% OF YOUR SUCCESS DEPENDS ON YOUR BUSINESS, SERVICE QUALITY, WEBSITE, CLOSING ABILITY, CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND MANY OTHER FACTORS. ANY OTHER WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS MADE ARE OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT WILL NOT BE MADE.

WE WILL COMPLY WITH THE TERMS OF SERVICE OF THE SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS TO WHICH WE PROVIDE SERVICES. HOWEVER, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OUR ADVERTISING SERVICES. THIS INCLUDES ANY LOSS OF DATA, ACCOUNT BAN, REPUTATIONAL DAMAGE, OR PROFITS. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE IS ALWAYS A RISK OF ACCOUNT SUSPENSION BY SOCIAL PLATFORMS. NEVERTHELESS, WE WILL MAKE EFFORTS TO HELP YOU IN RECOVERING YOUR ACCOUNT IN THE EVENT OF SUCH ISSUES.

VI. Limitation of Liability:

OUR LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT OF FEES YOU HAVE PAID TO US.

These Terms shall remain in effect until terminated by either party. We may terminate these Terms at any time for any reason. You may terminate these Terms by providing us with written notice.
